If you received any Missing / Damaged or Any other issues regarding Delivered items, please contact us on 02 4577 6961 or email us orders@toffos.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will do our very best to address any issues. Please ensure you send a photo of the damage or fault to orders@toffos.com.au so we can assess the situation correctly.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind, or you have failed to contact us 48 hours of delivery been made.

In case of return any items please do not discard the item, we will arrange pick up for the item. Once we received the item we will credit under your account or if you paid online refund will be processed accordingly.
